• Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any dangerous driving practices. Transporting hazardous materials or substances is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is prohibited. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not intended for or exceed designated passenger or weight limits. Operating outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is not permitted.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.

8. Liability Restrictions

To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Wythenshawe will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount you paid for the rental in the past 12 months.
